Payout Information won't update
After filling out all the required information on the Payout Information page and clicking "Save and Submit" nothing happens. The page refreshes with all my information still in the fields and no error messages but if I refresh or leave the page and return none of the information is saved. Without this I cannot post my assets to the Marketplace.

Cant Help Ya There, I Cant Even Open Up Engine. I Can Open Launcher But When I Try Creating Project It Tells Me To Update Engine Then It Says Initializing Engine And Never Opens The Engine. What Do I Do? It Wasn't Downloading Or Updating Because There Was Nothing In The Download List. Help.
